Robert H. Keenan

Mr. Keenan is President and CEO of the Company. He is directly responsible for each facet of the Corporation’s growth and move forward strategy. Having become a public practice accountant in 1980, Mr. Keenan’s past 25 years in corporate finance, tax, and business advisory services for an international list of clients opened the way for his co-founding of Landmark Oil & Gas Corp. (TSXV-LMK) which he helped build and develop for the past 5 years before moving on to Dynasty Oil & Gas Inc.

William E. Adams

Mr. Adams is completing his professional accounting program as well as has an Accounting Major Diploma in Business Administration. For the past 25 years he has performed all aspects of business and financial management for a variety of clients as a self-employed consultant. As Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation, he is in charge of all financial systems and internal controls and is focused on all of the day-to-day accounting and financial management for the Corporation. He co-founded Landmark Oil & Gas Corp. (TSXV-LMK) and has previously held the positions of Vice-President and CFO within that group of oil and gas companies.
